According to reports, the interest of Barcelona in Cancelo has increased due to the possible departure of Sergi Roberto. The Camp Nou hierarchy anticipate the future after Roberto and it appears that Cancelo who was on loan at Barcelona could be a good idea.
It is likely that Jorge Mendes can set a transfer fee between €20 million and €30 million for clubs interested in Cancelo. He has a contract with Manchester City until 2027 June but may not last until then.
