The Seagulls are always tough against the West London club. It’s definitely going to be a long 90 minutes between the two clubs.

Obviously, the West London club are hell bent on making it to Europe next season. As a result, they won’t take it easy on the Seagulls on Wednesday.

The two EPL clubs have been battling with back-to-back injuries since the beginning of the campaign. It would be a tough 90- minutes at Amex Stadium.

Mauricio Pochettino is gradually getting the best of the Blues squad. It was apparent during their second-half performance against Nottingham Forest. 

Chelsea are currently on a 3-match winning streak. Therefore, they wouldn’t want to lose at Amex Stadium on Wednesday in the Premier League.

The Seagulls are most likely to face Chelsea without seven players in the game. However, De Zerbi still has enough brilliant and talented players in the team. 

Joao Pedro may be available to play against the West London club on Wednesday. He has repeatedly returned from his ankle injury, having missed Newcastle game.

Kaoru Mitoma won’t be available on Wednesday. He’s currently battling a back injury, and Jan Paul van Hecke has a thigh injury.

James Milner is also out of the squad because of a knee injury. At the same time, Solly March won’t be acceptable as a result of a knee injury.

Jack Hinshelwood is also on the sidelines, unavailable to play on Wednesday. He has been out of the team since February.

Unfortunately for the Seagulls, Evan Ferguson is on the sidelines as well. That sounds like good news for the West London club.

Pervis Estupinan may start from the bench against Chelsea. His absence is going to be a big miss for Roberto De Zerbi on Wednesday.

The Seagulls haven’t been at their best recently. As a result, that gives the Blues an advantage over the hosts at Amex Stadium. 

Chelsea are obviously looking forward to making it to Europe next season. They have enough reinforcement to win the Premier League match.

However, the first-half may be tough for Chelsea. Brighton Albion are known for their fast and possession-based football.

The Seagulls lost 3-2 to the West London club at Stamford Bridge in their last game. But the Blues still have an upper hand on Wednesday.
