Recent reports have it that Chelsea is on the hunt for another goalkeeper to compete with Robert Sanchez for the number one spot.
Manager Enzo Maresca has chosen Sanchez as his first choice goalie come next season. This casts doubt over Djordje Petrovic’s position especially after performing well under former coach Mauricio Pochettino last season.
This rumours has it that Chelsea has intensified their goalkeeper search in the past 24 hours. It is alleged that the manager wants someone who can build from behind which Sanchez seems to do better than Petrovic according to him. The talk of Chelsea being linked with Andriy Lunin of Real Madrid has been rubbished because he does not possess these qualities.

Chelsea continue their busy summer transfer window as they aim to bolster their squad following a change in management. Blues have already secured Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from Leicester City, Tosin Adarabioyo via free-transfer; and young stars Omari Kellyman, Marc Guiu and Renato Veiga.
