According to reports, Manchester City are set to lose their first team goal keeper, Ederson.

The Brazilian international has agreed personal terms with the club, and negotiations are now underway with Manchester City.

This potential transfer could mark the end of Ederson’s illustrious stint in the Premier League and open a new chapter in the Saudi Pro League.

It has been reported that the proposal is for a two-year contract worth an impressive €60 million (£51m/$65m).

Meanwhile, City is already considering a replacement. They might keep Stefan Ortega and extend his contract or make a new signing to strengthen the goalkeeping position, which has always been a headache for Pep Guardiola.

The names being mentioned to replace Ederson include Mike Maignan from AC Milan and Diogo Costa from Porto, the latter being a key player for the Portuguese national team in Euro 2024.
