According to popular Football journalist Fabrizo Romano has confirmed that Paris Saint-Germain are the “only club” that have made a concerted effort to sign Manchester City forward Julian Alvarez so far this summer.
Writing in his Daily Briefing column, Romano said to PSG have made a “concrete approach” to the player but they have not been given any encouragement from the Premier League champions
The reliable journalist has confirmed that the Argentinian international is “open” to leaving the Etihad but, despite his interest in joining Real, the European champions are not expected to make a move for him

Julian Alvarez has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid, PSG and Chelsea, and that tallies with last week’s DealSheet [column] suggestion that, were he to leave this summer, City would seek a replacement.”
It was reported that Atletico Madrid and Chelsea were also pursuing Alvarez but Romano has confirmed that the Spanish side have effectively withdrawn from the race due to the deal being “almost impossible” for them to do financially.
