Pep Guardiola outraged as Longtime Leftback target Ian maatsen agrees terms to join Borussia Dortmund on a permanent basis.
Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund are both keen on signing the Chelsea’s left-back Ian Maatsen in the January transfer window, but Borussia Dortmund went ahead to secure the services of the Dutchman in January on loan.
The young left-back who’s currently on loan at Dortmund until the summer after joining the German outfit in January is now keen to remain in Germany.

His performance has caught the eye of top clubs including Man City who are looking to get the youngster from Chelsea.
Maatsen signed a contract with Chelsea which extended until 2026, but it also contained a release clause of £35 million, which is nearly guaranteed to be triggered by Dortmund who are currently in a crucial stage to secure his signature.
